SportyBet reserves the discretionary right to request government-issued photo identification (National ID card, International Passport, Voter's Card, or Driver's License) along with proof of residence prior to executing high-value withdrawal requests or resolving disputed ticket settlements.

03. Deposits, Balance Management & Instant Cashouts

Financial transactions are subject to strict processing standards:

04. Sportsbook Wagering & Settlement Rules

The following rules govern all sports, live in-play, and virtual bets:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is valid only when an official ticket confirmation ID is generated and recorded on our transaction servers. Wagers cannot be canceled or modified by the user once confirmed.

• Engaging in court-siding or latency arbitrage to exploit broadcast delay intervals during live in-play wagering.
• Collusion, money laundering, chargeback fraud, or transfer of account credentials between individuals.

SportyBet reserves the right to terminate accounts, void active tickets, and report illicit conduct to law enforcement and regulatory authorities upon discovering prohibited activity.
